AT THE HE"ART" OF GOODYEAR
Erase and repeat. Ten artists repaint and brighten up art hearts around this All-America City.
Imagine our surprise when we drove past one of our favorite art pieces in Goodyear and saw it had been essentially erased! We were literally “heart” broken!
The good news is… this heart and 9 others are getting a facelift.
The “heART of Goodyear” project kicked off in 2021 to celebrate Goodyear, Arizona’s 75th anniversary.
“10 hearts located around Goodyear that are being painted by Valley artists, and each heart represents a decade of the city’s history and its future. The artists worked with residents and did their own research to develop their designs,” states the Goodyear, AZ website.
